Welcome to BuyExpress ("the Website"). The Website is operated by BuyExpress (VAT No. 200003002) ("the Company") and serves as an e-commerce platform for the sale of physical products, digital products, and services.

Using the Website, opening a user account, browsing, or placing an order constitutes the user's confirmation that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Customer – any person or entity using the Website.
• Product – any item, service, software license, digital code, eSIM, Gift Card, cellular plan, or other item offered on the Website.
• Order – a request to purchase a Product via the Website.
• Supplier – a manufacturer, importer, distributor, or third party supplying products to the Company.
• Payment Gateway – YAAD Sarig, the Company's external payment processing provider.

Only persons who meet all of the following conditions may make purchases on the Website:

• Aged 18 or over, or acting with the consent of a legal guardian.
• In possession of a valid payment method.
• Providing accurate and complete details.
• Legally capable of entering into binding transactions.

The Company may request verification of details at any stage.

Placing an order on the Website constitutes a purchase request only.

The Company reserves the right to verify stock availability, price accuracy, order details, payment method validity, and any other details required to complete the transaction.

Supply of products is subject to their availability in the Company's stock or with its suppliers.

In the event of stock unavailability, the Company may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

The Customer shall have no claim arising from stock unavailability that becomes known after the order was placed, subject to applicable law.

The Company does not store credit card details on its servers. All payment data is handled exclusively by YAAD Sarig in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Following completion of a transaction, an invoice or purchase document will be sent to the Customer in accordance with applicable law.

The Customer is responsible for retaining purchase receipts for any future inquiries.

The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity carried out through their account.

Upon discovering any unauthorized use of the account, the Customer must notify the Company immediately.

Images, specifications, and descriptions are provided for information and convenience. The Company strives for accuracy but does not guarantee the completeness of information.

The warranty for each product is as specified on the product page, warranty card, or in accordance with the manufacturer's, importer's, or supplier's instructions.

Order cancellation shall be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 and the regulations enacted thereunder.

Any refund due will be issued via the same payment method used for the transaction, in accordance with applicable law.

The Company makes efforts to maintain Website availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free operation.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or revenue arising from use of the Website or products, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Product images are for illustration only. Differences may exist between images and the actual product, provided such differences do not constitute consumer misrepresentation.

Jurisdiction shall vest in the competent court in Israel in accordance with applicable law.

The website operates via complex software systems including a web server, order management system, and external payment gateways. Technical faults beyond the Company's control may occasionally occur.

• Cellular plans are provided by Pelephone Communications Ltd. and are subject to Pelephone's own terms, subscriber agreements, and applicable telecommunications regulations.
• The Company acts as an agent and is not responsible for network availability, coverage, or service quality, which are the sole responsibility of Pelephone.
• Activation of a cellular plan requires the Customer to provide a valid Israeli ID number (Teudat Zehut) and to sign Pelephone's subscriber agreement.
• Prices for cellular plans are subject to change in accordance with Pelephone's pricing policies.
• Cancellation of a cellular plan is subject to Pelephone's cancellation policy and applicable telecommunications regulations, not the general Returns Policy of this Website.
• The Company is not liable for any disruption, outage, or changes to cellular services made by Pelephone.
• For cellular service inquiries and complaints, customers may contact Pelephone directly at *500 or via pelephone.co.il, in addition to contacting the Company.

This policy governs the delivery of products purchased on the BuyExpress website. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this policy.

The Company delivers products throughout Israel via various courier companies.

For some products, international shipping or self-collection may be available as specified on the product page.

The delivery timeframe begins only after the order has received final confirmation.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the Company's control, including:

• Shipping volume overload
• Force majeure
• Security events
• Strikes
• Extreme weather conditions
• Customs delays
• Delays from suppliers or courier companies

In such cases the Company will endeavour to notify the Customer as soon as possible.

Some products are shipped directly from suppliers located in Israel or abroad.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete details:

• Complete and accurate address
• Available phone number
• Valid email address

Where self-collection is offered, the Customer will receive a notification once the product is ready.

A valid ID and order number must be presented upon collection.

The Customer should inspect the shipment upon receipt.

If a shipment is returned to the Company due to non-collection, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, the Company may charge the cost of return shipping, subject to applicable law.

This policy governs the cancellation of orders, return of products, and exchanges, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981, regulations enacted thereunder, and any other binding legislation.

A Customer wishing to cancel an order may contact Customer Service and provide:

• Order number
• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Reason for the request (not required where law does not mandate it)

Cancellation may be requested as long as the order has not yet been dispatched from the warehouse or supplier.

Cancellation after receiving the product is permitted in the circumstances and conditions prescribed by law.

The product should be returned in good condition, undamaged, together with all accessories and documents supplied with it.

Any refund due under law will be issued via the same payment method used, after the product has been received and inspected, within the timeframes prescribed by law.

Subject to stock availability, the Company may offer a product exchange instead of a refund if the Customer wishes and it is feasible.

Nothing in the above limits the Customer's rights under any applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, the following products may not be cancelled or returned:

• Activated game codes
• Delivered software licenses
• Delivered Gift Cards
• Delivered or activated eSIM cards
• Activated cellular plans
• Products manufactured specifically for the Customer
• Products used in a manner that prevents their return under law
• Products that applicable law defines as non-returnable

If a defective product is received, one that materially differs from the order, or one damaged during shipping, the Customer must contact Customer Service as soon as possible.

The Customer is responsible for verifying in advance that the product meets their needs, including:

• Model and colour
• Storage capacity
• System language
• Mobile network compatibility
• Operating system
• Country of operation
• Hardware and software requirements

It is recommended to inspect the product immediately upon receipt.

A digital product is considered delivered from the moment the code, license, or access method is sent to the Customer.
