Shipping Policies
📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
📍 Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number as soon as your shipment ships.
🏠 Delivery Attempts
Our couriers will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, packages will be held at the local post office branch for pickup.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship within Israel only. International shipping coming soon!
📅 Business Days
Delivery times are business days (Sunday-Thursday). No deliveries on Fridays, Saturdays, or holidays.
💳 Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available for orders up to ₪1,000 with an additional ₪10 fee.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Simply add products to your cart totaling ₪600 or more, and shipping will be free automatically at checkout!
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at 054-717-7226.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
The courier will leave a note with instructions for a redelivery attempt or pickup from the local post office branch.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We only ship to physical addresses.
